Inspired by media channels, the color palette reinforces the event’s focus on growth in a complex landscape. Building on the 2022 success, this cohesive brand system empowers designers with a user-friendly toolkit for seamless application across platforms.

An effect that is easily replicated with consistent results!

To ensure that the application of the grain effect was easy to do, and applied uniformly within an asset, I created a PS Action, and an AE Effect preset that allowed anyone to replicate on any grayscale image with only a single click.

PS Effect

The photoshop action applies the entire effect as a stack of smart filters over the layer as a smart object, Helping to maintain a neat and organized layers panel.

AE Effect

The grain effect can be applied using an adjustment layer. This allows the designer to have the effect applied uniformly to several layers at once. Since the effect can be quite performance intensive, this setup also makes it easy to work in grayscale, and quickly turn the adjustment layer on and off to preview the final result.
