In my time at Adweek, I have continuously improved creative events team processes to enable more efficient and effective work. In addition to designing motion graphics and building event sites, I have developed centralized storage systems and shared asset libraries, created effect presets and motion graphics templates, and laid the groundwork for an Adweek design system. These initiatives have saved time, ensured consistency, and empowered team members of all skill levels to produce high-quality work.
